1. In mechanical processing routes, heat treatment processes are often arranged. In order to improve the mechanical properties of parts, such as carburizing, quenching, tempering, etc., they are generally arranged after mechanical processing. If there is significant deformation after heat treatment, the final processing steps must also be arranged.

2. To ensure machining accuracy, it is best to separate rough and fine machining. Due to the large amount of cutting during rough machining, the workpiece is subjected to high cutting and clamping forces, generates a lot of heat, and exhibits significant work hardening on the machined surface. There is also a large internal stress inside the workpiece. If rough and rough machining are carried out continuously, the precision of the precision machined part will be quickly lost due to the redistribution of stress. For certain parts that require high machining accuracy. After rough machining and before precision machining, low-temperature annealing or aging treatment should also be arranged to eliminate internal stress.  

3. Reasonably select equipment. Rough machining mainly involves cutting off most of the machining allowance and does not require high machining accuracy. Therefore, rough machining should be carried out on machine tools with high power and low precision, while precision machining requires the use of high-precision machine tools. Rough and precision machining are carried out on different machine tools, which can fully utilize the equipment's capabilities and extend the service life of precision machine tools.
